Attempted Theft of Motorcycle - New Brighton, Cottingley BD16

Dear Resident,

Sometime between 7.15am on 02/09/2025 and 8.15am on 03/09/2025, unidentified suspect/s attempted to steal a motorcycle from an address on New Brighton, Cottingley. The motorcycle was located outside but the owner had employed a number of security measures including alarmed disk locks and a ground anchor. The suspects had attempted to cut through the disk lock and failed before making off. 

Multiple layers of security on your motorcycle can make it very unattractive to thieves and much more difficult to steal. Please see the attached leaflet for further security advice.
